Beachfront holiday rental in Seaview

Claire’s place was a perfect base for our stay in Southsea. We were visiting family and friends and didn’t run out of places to meet up. The flat had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and dog friendly The stairs to the apartment kept us active and the nearby common worked for the dog! Claire kindly left milk, bread, tissues and other bits which was helpful for the first night. Overall Claire and Andy were helpful without being intrusive, the apartment was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would love to stay again should the opportunity arise.

We've just returned from our stay at Rosie's house - we were a family of 8, 4 Adults and 4 children (aged 1-11), it was a lovely home from home. Extremely clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, huge welcome basket and she has a large store cupboard with useful condiments such as vinegar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The living room is huge with a large selection of books and board games. The views of the sea from the balcony are amazing. Its such a great location for exploring the local area, there is a small park and skateboard minutes from the front door. I highly recommend this to other families.

Lovely little cottage a stones throw from the beach in a little cul-de-sac in Worthing town! Perfect for a few days break with the family and the cottage was in walking distance to local amenities aswell as driving distance to Brighton, littlehampton, shoreham etc. which were all lovely towns with lots to do. Claire provided everything we needed and little touches like the breakfast basket and some basics went a long way. Great chequers board also! Garden was small and well kept and nice to sit in the sunshine, parking not always available outside but easy to park round the corner with a permit provided! Cottage is lovely decorated and plenty of space for a family. Would highly recommend!

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge. It was the perfect base for myself, my husband, our two young children and our dog to stay for a couple of days whilst enjoying the delights of West Wittering Beach and the surrounding area. The lodge is connected to the main house, where the owners live, but it felt very private as it has its own front door and a back gate which meant we could come and go as we pleased. It is located literally just a few minutes walk to the beach - so very convenient! The lodge also has its own private, enclosed garden which was perfect for the kids and the dog. Communication with Michelle and Jack was faultless. Ahead of our stay, Michelle sent recommendations of local places for dinners/lunches which were so helpful and we ate at a few and all were delicious. Thanks Michelle! Overall, we found Beach Lodge to be peaceful, comfortable and the perfect place for a short weekend away from London. We certainly hope to return again soon!

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

Fabulous little cabin that had absolutely everything we could need - great garden for our two schnauzers to run around - and a two minute walk to the beach - made this a perfect place to stay for our long weekend on the Island …

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

A lovely place with an amazing view of the Solent. One afternoon we just spent with the doors open in the sunshine watching the boats come in and out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook the meals, and everything was clean throughout. A really nice break, and would absolutely recommend.

Perfect location. The accommodation was so comfortable and clean everything you could want. Will definitely be back and for longer.

Beautiful land convenient location that made it easy to access the local tourist spots, including the New Forest, Beaches, harbour towns and Peppa Pig World. The house was lovely, really well presented and included some thoughtful touches, such as chocolates for our kids, Prosecco for us and a lovely personalised welcome message. The park itself is ideal for younger families, with loads to do and access to the beach. Carly was super responsive when our sat nav took us to the wrong entrance and really communicative before, during and after our stay. We'd definitely considering returning next year.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

A lovely stay here with great amenities. Sadly we were only informed of the snooker table being refurbished on arrival which was a shame but everything else was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was excellent. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch! Thanks Nina & Max

A last minute booking that met all our needs and was exactly as described. Lovely touch having something to drink and some biscuits on arrival before we started to explore. lovely base for our break.

Jo is a great host. Friendly, fun and helpful. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. All of the rooms are lovely but the master bedroom is stunning. We loved every minute and hope to go back as soon as we can. Thank you, Jo.

My family enjoyed this beautiful Seaview home! The property is absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of bedrooms and space in the house. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the nook with a view of the sea! My daughter loved the tree swings and tucked away tree house among the gardens. The beach walkway is perfect to walk along the waterfront and access to close restaurants. The location is close to the local bus stop, which we used as our main transportation around the island. James was always so responsive and very helpful to provide information leading up to our stay. He had a baby cot ready to go for our stay and the house was kid friendly with bins of toys and children's books. Wishing we could make this our summer home, as it is a special place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Fisherman’s Loft and so glad we found this absolute gem for our holiday. David & Sarah are the perfect hosts and their attention to detail is fantastic and it feels so homely. We loved the views out to sea and despite the weather not being great we had some lovely days out across the island. We would definitely recommend a stay here to recharge and relax in the most perfect little seaside accommodation.

An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

We have had the bestest time here, Gina’s quirky houseboat is immaculate throughout with lovely outside seating areas where you can relax and watch the activities going on in Bembridge harbour. Inside is cosy with a well equipped kitchen. We have already made enquiries to revisit next year !
