Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. A large bathtub, a kitchenette to be able to provide yourself and with the queen-size box-spring bed and the sofa bed enough space for a restful sleep for 3 people. In our large, freshly renovated one-bedroom apartment, the focus is on feeling good. Only 15 minutes from BER and with S-Bahn connection to Berlin (S8/S46).

The apartment in a separate house offers Sleeping accommodation for 3 people, coziness and leisure for enjoyable food in a kitchen with a view to the outdoors, plenty of peace and quiet and a small seating area in the covered entrance area. Shower and toilet are provided. Bikes can be rented in the nearby store. Villa Hühnchen is a summer house - so it is not for rent in the winter months. We live in the front house.
