Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

You will feel completely comfortable with us, as our apartment is in a very quiet area. A special highlight is the quiet terrace where you can spend relaxing hours. For your comfort, all shops serving everyday needs are available in the immediate vicinity. For your vehicle, there is a parking space right outside the front door and also for electric or hybrid cars, as a charging station is available right by the house.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living room-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.

Vacation in the Ammergau Alps

The tastefully furnished apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on mountains, around lakes or simply leisurely walks through the beautiful landscape of the Ammergau Alps. Saulgrup has a train station, bus connection and supermarket and is therefore the perfect vacation spot even without a car.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
