Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. The 100-year-old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel“ in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private street. The lake with good bathing possibilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, one double bedroom, another single bedroom (access via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.
