Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjoining fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the house is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursion destinations can be reached in only 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Unser Ruby's ist eine 55qm große Ferienunterkunft in ruhiger Lage, als Einliegerwohnung unseres Einfamilienhauses im schönen Rosengarten, vor den Toren Hamburgs. Der Eingang unsere gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ist separat. Ein gebührenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar auf dem Grundstück, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner eingezäunter Terrassenbereich mit ausgestattet Sitzmöglichkeiten gehört dazu.
