At the foot of the basilica, in a meticulously furnished monument-like house. The apartment is 60sqm hallway, separate toilet. There is a balcony with a living room with an American kitchen, from which there is a partial view of the basilica, there is a comfortable sofa bed 160×190. The bedroom has a large double bed 180×200. The nicely decorated bathroom opens in the living room. The apartment has central heating! A washing machine, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi are available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen appliances! Daily parking in the nearby underground garage is €7.

An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains, modern, stylish, and deliberately minimalist. Here you live in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a wide view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

Nature Park Resort Lausernest

A brand new wooden house with a location right on the edge of the forest. The house has a total of 10 beds, a modern kitchen, a living room and a terrace around the house with amazing views. The 2 of 3 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, in the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. 6 beds are located on the upper floor. In the garden you can barbecue wonderfully. Please note that the house has neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no parties or noise are allowed after 10 pm!

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
