Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. The 38 m2 apartment, on the ground floor of a chalet, is located in a peaceful village (900 m altitude) 3 km from Bourg-Saint-Maurice. The exposure is south facing and you have a terrace with parking in the courtyard. Located at a crossroads of renowned winter sports resorts of Haute Tarentaise, the village of Seez can serve as a base camp to discover: The San Bernardo area, which connects La Rosière to La Thuile (Italy) Les Arcs (Paradiski) Sainte-Foy Tignes and Val-d'Isère

A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

It is located at the crossroads of the most beautiful resorts in Tarentaise: Les Arcs, La Rosière (France-Italy), Val-d'Isère, Tignes... Summer is ideal for hiking in the mountains, discovering different sports: mountain biking, paragliding, golf, canyoning, kayaking... In winter, you can go downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing...

Located on the heights of Séez, it is 50 m from the shuttle stop to the Les Arcs Funicular and directly to the La Rosière – La Thuile resort. This pied-à-terre is less than a 10-minute walk to traditional shops and 4 km to supermarkets, cinema, swimming pool, etc. Great place for a quiet stay for families or groups of friends.

Small cozy accommodation of about 25 m2, for a maximum of 2 guests (1 SINGLE BED, double bed of 140) located in the mountains at an altitude of 1300 m on the south side. The view and the calm will certainly rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and Vanoise National Park. Great for hikers and cyclists. We speak English and Spanish. This space is not suitable for children or infants.

Cozy 35 m2 apartment on the ground floor of an old oil mill renovated in the 50s. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière, France-Italy international domain, or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.

Large 36 m² studio, top floor, mountain hamlets

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

A free shuttle at the foot of the building serves the Rosière station. All shops are 2 km away (bakery, butcher, organic supermarket).
