Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a wooden cottage adjoining. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or between seasons. The chalet is accessible by ski via the Bois de Saule blue slope that connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the cottage. Direct access to the enduro mountain bike trail "La 8" which descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800m altitude difference !

La maison se situe dans un petit hameau du village de Séez à 3 kms de la gare TGV de Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs Pour vous rendre en station à proximité de la maison une navette gratuite vous conduit soit au télésiège des écudets à 2 kms pour monter à la Rosière domaine international France Italie ou bien à Bourg st Maurice prendre le funiculaire pour monter à la station des Arcs.

A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

Summer is ideal for hiking in the mountains, discovering different sports: mountain biking, paragliding, golf, canyoning, kayaking... In winter, you can go downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing...

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

A free shuttle at the foot of the building serves the Rosière station. In summer you will be on the road to the Petit Saint Bernard pass, you can easily practice hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, kayaking. All shops are 2 km away (bakery, butcher, organic supermarket).
