Le Chat is a beautiful 170 m2 chalet renovated in 2021 to comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is conveniently located in a quiet area of Séez. In winter, you will enjoy the hot tub and evenings by the fireplace. No car needed to reach the Rosière and Les Arcs ski area, the free shuttle stop is 50 meters away. In summer, with its 10 x 5 south-facing swimming pool, the chalet is a pleasant base for discovering the valley. Bakery, small supermarket, restaurants within walking distance.

Cozy 35 m² apartment on the ground floor of an old walnut oil mill renovated in the 1950s. The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station. On the route of the most beautiful passes in Europe, from the Col du Petit Saint Bernard via Italy's Aosta Valley, the Col de l'Iseran on the Grandes Alpes route, the Cormet de Roseland, the Mont Blanc tour, and many hikes. Single but spacious room, no outdoor area.

The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.
