On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (140 x 190) and 1 with two single beds (90 x 190). The rate varies depending on the number of guests, please indicate the correct number of people. To set the price, I took into account the amount of your travel expenses and tourist tax. The house has no exterior but is located in a quiet alley on the GR route.

Located in a small pedestrian alley, you will find peace and quiet just a stone's throw from shops and restaurants.

Centrally located in the heart of Brittany you will stay in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of the valley and on an 8 minute walk of the Petite cite de caractere Guemene sur Scorff. This recently remodeled house is part of a longère. It is spacious and characteristic designed by an interior architect. A cozy space with a woodburner, a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. And on top of it of you will sleep in alcove in a 180 x 200 box spring.

Peaceful and natural tiny house

A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. Dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

1km from the canal from Nantes to Brest, 1km from the Guerlédan dam and 1km from the village of St Aignan, well-equipped studio at the end of a longhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Ideal for cyclists, walkers or hikers as a couple or solo. Many nearby hiking trails, mountain biking and water activities. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.

Gîte near Lake Guerlédan

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).

Romantique room, au cœur de la Bretagne, avec vue sur le canal. Le confort à été apporté pour les couples, baignoire balnéo deux places dans le SALON, lit spacieux à baldaquin 180/200 cm. Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante.

Nice 29 m2 studio with small private terrace. Located on the ground floor of a house and in the heart of this charming city of character while being quiet. The apartment is equipped with a TV. You will be close to all shops. Only 25 minutes from Pontivy and Lake Guerlédan. I live in the accommodation, just above this apartment.
