The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

Very nice experience. The cottage is located on a large estate, well maintained, green and flowery. It's super soothing, especially for us Parisians. The cottage was clean, the bedding was great, all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Very welcoming 😊 A barbecue is available. Pool of the right size, well maintained and above all heated!!! Great welcome by the host when we arrived despite the secure key box! Warm and pleasant! She is available for any questions and is quite flexible with schedules. We stayed for a week in Thibaut's family home. Thibaut is very friendly and responsive and he gave us precise instructions regarding both the house and the feeding of his animals (1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and 2 chickens). The house is an old house, tastefully renovated, very clean and extremely quiet but which unfortunately includes many steps that can be a problem for people moving with difficulty, which was the case in our family. The house is ideally located for visiting the area and the town has all the local shops a few minutes walk away. There is no parking lot in front of the house, but very easy on the surrounding streets.

came with friends to discover the banks of the Loire by bike, we enjoyed the central location of the accommodation, its breathtaking view, its amenities, its terraces, the availability and kindness of its owner.

Every detail had been thought out so well by Laurence and Jean Marie, the cottage was spotless, modern and comfortable. We visited Angers and Nantes as well as little towns such as Ingrandes sur Loire and enjoyed the holiday very much. We were very impressed by the area and particularly the lovely gite.

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
