Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. A delightfully cozy and peaceful apartment located close to the mountains. Quite easy to get there by car. Some very nice hikes nearby and a lovely ice skating rink in Feltre, just 10 minutes away. Alessio was incredibly friendly and flexible. The apartment is equipped with the highest end appliances and overall very well taken care of. Spotlessly clean. There’s a window without blinds right when you exit the bedroom to go to the bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal. Lots of sound echo but that’s also totally fine and can probably be fixed with some plants. Overall we were extremely satisfied and even surprised by the whole experience. Would highly recommend.

I was on vacation in this house from January 2 to 6, 2025. I'll start with: great location, close to the center of Valdobbiadene within walking distance, plus the house is located in a really quiet place; the house is beautiful and reflects exactly the photos you see in the listing, comfortable and cozy, warm and clean, with all the comforts you need; and then let's talk about Mrs. Giusy I have to say an excellent person, she makes you feel immediately at ease and advises you on places to visit or tells you where you can go to eat, in short if you need something you can ask her. We'll definitely be back, thanks again for a great vacation. Delfina and Claudio.
