A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Located in the Xisto Village, Talasnal, this house combines the rustic with a modern twist, providing a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. With three terraces and a mini swimming pool, it offers breathtaking views of the mountain and the village. Distributed over three floors, it has an equipped kitchenette, electric salamander and firewood, bathroom and two connecting bedrooms with double bed. The excellent sun exposure and space charm make it ideal for a getaway at any time of the year.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Vale do Juiz Farm

This 4-bedroom accommodation is set in a rural space, with a privileged view of Serra da Estrela, located next to the entrance of Seia. This space allows you to view unique landscapes, highlighting the region's vineyards in the surroundings, and visits to farms can be scheduled in order to get an idea of how the wine of the Demarcated Dão Region is produced. We also recommend the region's gastronomy, being able to savor typical products such as Serra da Estrela Cheese and requeijão.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.
