It consists of a comfortable living room with TV and dining area, a sofa bed (real bed for 2 people), a fitted and equipped kitchen, semi-open with glass roof, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

This is the 1st floor of a charming and bright house divided into 2 apartments: the top and the bottom. Your private apartment is the top one: - independent entrance, - 2 bedrooms, - 1 living room with fireplace, - 1 small bathroom, - 1 kitchen - 1 terrace that offers a nice view. I live with my daughter and our cat in the lower part. We will share the garden (1600 m2), pool (summer), trampoline and swings if we are there. Your terrace is private.
