This is the 1st floor of a charming and bright house divided into 2 apartments: the top and the bottom. Your private apartment is the top one: - independent entrance, - 2 bedrooms, - 1 living room with fireplace, - 1 small bathroom, - 1 kitchen - 1 terrace that offers a nice view. I live with my daughter and our cat in the lower part. We will share the garden (1600 m2), pool (summer), trampoline and swings if we are there. Your terrace is private.

Small but efficient 14 m2 studio. Stairs to access it. 5 min. walk from the village center of Fayence, a parking space, reversible air conditioning, coffee, tea, microwave, TV (Netflix), wardrobe. I am available for any specific requests, living right next door (same landing). Adjacent to my house. Separate entrance with key box. 20 min from the highway, and 25 min from the sea.
