It is situated in the center of the village with 5 min walk to the local shops and restaurants. The nearest grocery store is a 15 min drive. The place is ideal for those looking to live the authentic provencal village dream, away from the crowds. Good for 1 or 2 couples getaway or a small family.

"Apartment on the 1st floor of a villa + Pool"

This is the 1st floor of a charming and bright house divided into 2 apartments: the top and the bottom. Your private apartment is the top one: - independent entrance, - 2 bedrooms, - 1 living room with fireplace, - 1 small bathroom, - 1 kitchen - 1 terrace that offers a nice view. I live with my daughter and our cat in the lower part. We will share the garden (1600 m2), pool (summer), trampoline and swings if we are there. Your terrace is private.

30 km from St Raphaël and the sea, 10 minutes from one of the largest artificial lakes in France (Lake St Cassien), with all kinds of extraordinary hikes (download the "Visorando" app on your smartphone and type FAYENCE); if you don't have a vehicle, take the train to Cannes or Saint-Raphaël then a bus (Monday to Friday) towards Seillans; I will then pick you up at the Fayence stop (see the "traveler resources" section, once your reservation is confirmed)

This beautiful house is suitable for a quiet comfortable stay, ideal for 4 people, but also 6 can be accommodated. The large house with pool is usable all year round and is located on a 15,000 m² plot, 1.5 km outside the village of Seillans.
