Monthly Rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

Melissa was always very kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. Everyone in the house was friendly, making it a welcoming environment. The house is close to the tramway that takes you to the metro, but you can also walk (18 min) to the metro. There are bus stops, a supermarket, and everything I needed. The room and the house are exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, cozy and very comfortable.

I traveled with my "big" autistic boy to Paris. We lived in this very charming, clean, functional, safe and welcoming apartment all this time. There is little to do in the neighborhood, but Paris is easy to access by RER B and D. We were lucky to meet Morgan on the street. He seems very friendly.

Everything went smoothly, the apartment and room were very cozy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There's a supermarket nearby, as well as many small shops and a few bakeries in the area. A bus stop is right outside the building, and the metro is just a 10-minute walk away. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful. Thank you!
