On the ground floor there is: a room for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, washing machine, two cookers, electric oven, kettle) and a sofa (can be used as a bed for 1 person), a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub. On the 1st floor there is a room for 4 people. Parking is possible in the entrance or in the yard. Bikes can be stored in the garage. There are restaurants, shops and a fitness center within a 10-minute walk. Easy access from the D2 motorway.

We have prepared for you 2 bedrooms (one pass-through), a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a relatively large (2213m2) fenced garden for your children and dogs.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips to the surroundings - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe and the Kolby vineyards.

Historical 5 bedroom Farmhouse - wheelchair access

Our stylish country home is perfect for group trips and family gatherings. Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th-19th century furnishings. In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 or more. Wheelchair-bound owner=house is accessible.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

White Cottage

Biela Chata is a unique accommodation in the forest above the historic town of Modra. Suitable for 5 people-adults only. You will find a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace ,first floor with two bedrooms, a garage with storinge for sports equipment. Finnish sauna with space for 4 people for upcharge. Outside there is a spacious terrace facing the garden with a fireplace and seating.The cottage has its own parking spaces . WIFI connection.
