This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

Alison's house was spotless, it has a peaceful garden. The fireplace and barbecue were our favorite. We felt like we were at home, Alison helped us with everything.

Perfect location, perfect space, the most comfortable bed in all our travels and perfect view to watch the storks nesting and ruins in the background. Most importantly perfect host, thank you for your hospitality Enis!

We had a great stay at Alison’s place. The sunset views were amazing from the pool area and it was a good base to explore the Ephesus ruins. The house was clean and comfortable. Weather ruined our plans for a beach day in Kusadasi but Alison was helpful with suggestions. We did find taxi drivers and operators on our own that were more inexpensive than her suggestions so that’s something to keep in mind. There were a few negatives. The place was clean though it had a strange smell we couldn’t put our finger on in the bedrooms. And being in the pool area you realized you have neighbors right above you so it doesn’t feel very private since we did hear them one day as well. Lastly, the neighborhood the house is in itself is not the prettiest. We never felt unsafe walking though and it’s a 8 minute or so walk to a busy area of delicious restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but it was the most expensive accommodation in our 10 days in Turkey so unsure of value.

The house is beautiful, not only is it equipped with everything you need but it has a beautiful local decoration with typical elements. Ilkay left us very precise instructions to get there, the city has complicated streets but following the instructions you can get there correctly. I had read other negative reviews about the neighborhood before booking and had doubts, but the neighborhood is quiet, many children play in the street, older adults drink their Turkish tea and there is little traffic on the street. It is not noisy or unsafe, we feel very calm and comfortable in the place. We have mainly driven by car but we also went to the center a couple of times on foot and it is possible. Although there is a lot of going up and down, there is a slightly steep path along Inönü Street. Ilkay was available and sent a lot of information. The internet had failed while we were on the beach and he proactively went to fix it. Thank you very much for everything!

We will get back to Selçuk and book again. Family driven hotel. About 1 km out of the city center on the main road and very close to all Efesos attractions. Calm an cosy Place. Friendly and welcoming family.

Ali , And his family Marco are Great host, they know the área and very help full in every aspect,their inglés is perfecto and has a few Airbnb close buy and longer stay too , they have the best price for sovenirs , ruges , jewrly, and the acomodation are the best , you will see and agreed , very confortable , we Stay only 2 days , but his place is realy in the right place , Efesso is only 7 minutos ,Virgin Mary , is 10 minutos same dirección , 25 minutos de kosadasi . 2 hrs to cappadocia etc etc

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.
