Holiday rentals with beach access in Selçuk

Mr. Kutay was very interested, there was nothing missing at home, everything was as it should be. Most importantly, it was clean and hygienic.

You can accommodate up to seven people in the house. Its location is within walking distance to Vathy port and in a quiet area. The view of the house is so beautiful that you almost don't want to leave the house. The house is very clean and well-maintained, and it has multiple balconies. There are many items in the kitchen. Despina was very helpful in everything. She was hospitable. I recommend it.

The apartment has an amazing sea view and large balcony off the living room. The sea view is unobstructed with views of the harbour to the left and the marina to the right. There are also balconies off the two bedrooms which means you always have the option of sun or shade. Despite being on the main road the apartment was really quiet. The shower was really powerful and the apartment was very clean. Mine was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. She offered to change the towels and bed linen as frequently as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! I had a wonderful time staying at this place in Kuşadası! The apartment is right on the harbor – when you look out the window you can immediately see the sea, which can be reached in just one minute on foot. Also restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would like to highlight the hosts: they were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

His place is great. Everything we needed was available. He had prepared a bed and a high chair for our baby. Helped us a lot.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

The house was very nice, we loved the immaculate host. The location is close to nice grocery stores. If I were to come again, this would be my first choice.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

The location of the house was very good, close to the beaches, the site was calm and peaceful. The house was clean and the items were new. Mr. Ismet helped us with all our needs and provided our extra requests (like a bed and chair for the 2nd baby). We plan to stay again.

What a amazing stay with our baby! Thank for everything. We find the place easily and flat is very clean. We did not any problems during our stay. If we visit Samos again, we can definitely choose it for stay. Peace with Love.

It shows the location as inside, but the house was close to everywhere, it was clean, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own house, they allowed us to use their private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we could check out whenever we wanted, I would really stay again if I came again, thank you very much

We had a very pleasant taril in a great neighborhood. All the items and blood were sufficient in the house. Just as beautiful as the photos. Thank you for hosting. We'd love to visit it again

There were two of us staying in Dimitri's apartment for three nights, which is quite comfortably furnished. We felt right at home. Everything required is available, clean, easy to find. The access was flexible via key box, Dimitris always accessible for questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, in the old part of the city, walking distance to the water, restaurants and shops. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place!

The apartment is exactly as described, with a magnificent, brand new facility. You can book blindfolded. Mr. Giray was extremely helpful with all our requests. Thank you for everything, especially snacks and drinks.

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very nicely and always immediately! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

We really enjoyed our visit. The host was quick to answer questions. It was very easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit from there. And the apartment itself was great!

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
