The traditional stone house is located in the old town of Marmaris, just beside the famous castle. The ground floor is the entrance hall, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a simple fireplace and air conditioning, which can also be used as a heater. Up the stairs to get into the living room with open kitchen. A small dining table, sofa, armchair and television equip this space. From the living room a 10 m2 large balcony is accessible, inviting you to read or eat breakfast. Another staircase leads to the roof terrace (25m2), from where you get a magnificent view of the old town to the sea. Marmaris is a popular holiday destination with many options for day trips and vacation activities. Recommended certainly is a boat tour with lunch or dinner in one of many romantic bays. The boat tours can be booked by the way spontaneously. Boats are always ready (3 minutes from the house). Dive boats, restaurants, bars, shops and the harbor are within 3 minutes. The beach for a swim can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. In the house you feel far away from mass tourism and has won over all the possibilities. Spending the holiday in a house in the Castle area of Marmaris is a "tip"!

2+1 Stone House with terrace

Our 2+1 house is the largest and most spacious of our 4 equipped single-story houses located side by side in a 2,610 m2 botanical garden. For guests arriving by plane, Dalaman-Marmaris is a 1.5-hour drive. Marmaris Orhaniye village is a 45-minute drive. We recommend that our guests come by private vehicle so that they can see more places and have convenient transportation. The world-famous Kızkumu beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are grocery stores on the beach. You can swim in the sea from many bays a short distance away. Datça is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

Bozburun Peninsula with amazing Aegean geo-characteristics, hosts the villages Selimiye, Bozburun, Sogut and Taslica. In Casa di Luka, with two bedrooms and a saloon with an open kitchen you always feel the breeze and touch the sea. You may cook while staring at the sea or you may take a nap. You can take a walk along the shore or free dive through shore line.

The dream for nature lovers, with the sea at your feet. Located in a fishing village sheltered from the wind, in a romantic, discreet and peaceful setting. Each 25 m² cottage has its own 35 m² private terrace in an enclosed garden. Breakfast is included, prepared by the Chef of your choice, and served on your terrace facing the sea.

Söğüt Veranda Saranda - Garden Suite

Veranda Saranda Our apartment, which we have prepared with great care for the 2023 season, is located in a private garden. Our house, which has a stunning sea view, is decorated in a minimalist style. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. There is a seating group in the garden. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and only 2 minutes away if you prefer to drive.

Nisya Garden Suite - BOZBURUN

The Garden Suite has been COMPLETELY RENOVATED for the comfort of our guests! Located on the ground floor, the Garden Suite is located in the garden with fragrant lemon, orange and avocado trees. Our house, which has an area of 100 m2, has 2 separate bedrooms and their own bathrooms. It has a modern open kitchen renovated this year and all the kitchen equipment you need. You can reach the sea in just 5 minutes by following the path on the side of our house.

FOUR HOLIDAY SUITES offers four stylish seafront suites just above Bozburun Marina. Each suite features panoramic sea views, one bedroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a private balcony, air conditioning, and comfortable furnishings.
