The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have completely renovated it with love ever since. Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. The apartment is located in the center of the World Heritage City of Quedlinburg. Various shopping facilities (butcher, bakery and supermarket) are in the immediate vicinity. Your parking space is 2 minutes away and can be used for a fee of €8 per day. A city tax of €3 per person per night is payable upon arrival. The apartment is not rented to fitters!!! The apartment has a fireplace that is remotely controlled by us. We take care of it.

Where fox and elk, deer, badgers and raccoons meet. Where our feathered friends give you a concert - is that what draws you to the Harz Mountains? "Waldbungalow Fuchs und Elster" (Fox and Elster Forest Bungalow) was exactly what drew me out of the big city back to the province and still exerts a magical attraction on me. On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.
