È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.
