The house "Eintracht" is located on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade street Sellins and is only two minutes (150 meters) from the main beach and the famous Sellin pier (see map). It is built in the typical style of bathing architecture at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2000. In the house is the comfortable and modern furnished apartment. In the immediate vicinity there are bistros, restaurants and cafes. You can also buy your breakfast rolls freshly in the morning. If available, you can also use our bicycles free of charge - you can arrange this directly via house phone with our property managers Mr. Meyer and Mrs. Leuschner.This apartment for .4 pers.( 41 sqm + 8 sqm balcony) consists of a living room with built-in kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
