The house "Eintracht" is located on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade of Sellin and is only two minutes (150 meters) from the main beach and the famous Sellin pier (see map). It is in the typical style of spa architecture at the beginning of the 20th century. century and was completely renovated in 2000. In the house is the comfortably and modernly equipped apartment. In the immediate vicinity there are bistros, restaurants and cafés. You can also buy your breakfast rolls fresh there in the morning. If available, you can also use our bicycles free of charge - you can arrange this directly via the house phone with our property managers Mr. Meyer and Ms. Leuschner. This apartment for 4 people (39 sqm + 8 sqm balcony) consists of a living room-bedroom with built-in kitchenette, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor. The kitchen is richly equipped (e.g. with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven and microwave). A cozy dining area (table, corner bench and chairs) adjoins the kitchenette. Furthermore, there is a double sofa bed, two armchairs and a coffee table in the living room. A TV and radio are of course also available. The special highlight of the apartment is the large protected balcony, which catches the afternoon sun and becomes an open-air living room in spring and summer. The Internet is accessible via free Wi-Fi. The apartment is not accessible to the disabled, but you can enter the apartment without steps (from the back entrance - parking lot)
