The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Old mill on the sandstone farm

Our vacation home “Alte Mühle” is a former water mill. The mill house has three floors: On the first floor there is a small bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen with dining area. A dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge with freezer are provided. From the kitchen you can access the garden terrace. On the middle floor is the cozy living room with a wide sofa bed. In the attic there are two single beds and a spacious closet.

Furnished apartment to stay in a quiet location of the area. A separate entrance leads you first to a hallway, from which the renovated bathroom can also be reached. In another room there is a kitchenette with a living/dining area. A sleeping option is on a top floor, which can be reached via a wooden ladder (NO STAIRS!). Dear Guest!!! This Finnish hut is classically divided. The living area with a small kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor. In the very sloping attic there is a bed (90 × 200 m) that can be reached by stairs. The staircase is relatively steep (Finnish cabin). Outside the cabin, there is a seating area available to you. Electric heating is provided. We will provide you with bed linen and a towel for your stay.
