Monthly Rentals in Selva

Just had a week staying at the villa with our family and loved it. The communal areas both inside and out worked brilliantly to give plenty of space when we were all together as well as lots of privacy when needed. Spotlessly clean throughout and all amenities as described. With one bedroom and en-suite downstairs it leaves options for families with a toddler or someone not able to manage stairs. Pool area was lovely and the peace and tranquility in the evening was amazing. Local shops, bars and restaurants were all walkable with larger stores a short drive away in Inca. The host, Antonia, was there to greet us on arrival and was really helpful throughout. Couldn’t fault it!

Everything is fine! Only a little more light in the apartment would be even better, is a little dark, as there are few windows. The only view to the outside is the apartment door. Nevertheless, very comfortable.

Ca na Rosa is a beautiful House with a lovely terrace and a nice garden. Especially the outdoor kitchen area was wonderful - but the whole house is a gem. We were travelling with 7 month old kid - and the equipment for the baby was extraordinarely good. Juan was a perfect host. Easy to get in contact and helpful. And the house is in walking distance from the little town square with bars and bakery. We would love to come back to this perfect holiday house.

we spent our honeymoon in the accommodation and were extremely satisfied with the location of the finca and the amenities. Upon arrival we were surprised with fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine, very exceptional! We particularly liked the outdoor area, which was convincing with idyllic lounging and seating and was also very lovingly designed and well maintained. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was the heart of the property and offers breathtaking views over large parts of the region. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place!
