A stone's throw from the sea

E-house is located a few meters from the free beach (about 150), which can be reached through the comfortable stretch highlighted in the photo. In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a sandy beach that is reserved even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, in the opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous swimming pools open to the public. The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that provides privacy if necessary.

House located on the cliff of Punta Restuccia a few steps from the sea. Built according to the criteria of the Aeolian tradition, it is located on an upper floor accessible by independent external stairs.
