E-house is located a few meters from the free beach ( about 150), which is reached through the comfortable stretch highlighted in the photo. In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a private sandy beach even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous pools open to the public . The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that gives privacy if necessary.

The Stella Marina apartment is located a few meters from the beach and promenade of Scilla, and is composed of a living room with kitchen complete with dishes, a comfortable sofa bed with two separable beds, double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, air conditioning and linen clean. A short distance away is the train station, the municipal lift, the Marina, the Castle, numerous restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and beaches with umbrellas, bar service and restaurant on the beach.

Very convenient location to reach the embarkation of the ships to Messina (just 3 km) and also Scilla and Chianalea "Piccola Venezia" (4 km), considered among the most beautiful villages in Italy!

My property is located in a residential, quiet and panoramic area. Access is on a private road, just 30 meters from the bus stop with Capolinea Railway Station and Messina Centro. All the necessary amenities are just a few minutes' drive away, and the Sicilian motorway entrance for all directions is 14 km away. The apartment overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea and a few minutes' drive away you can reach the Ionian Sea and admire the spectacular fusion of the two seas.
