Beachfront holiday rental in Seminole

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Overall had a great stay! A few things to note for future b&bers: The only staircase is a black spiral staircase, which was a little difficult for our older family members to manage. The cooking utensils/food storage is a bit on the sparse side, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking/having leftovers, you may want to bring some cheap plastic Tupperware! The bbq grill/beach gear leaves a lot to be desired! It has definitely seen the wear and tear of previous guests. Which isn’t a big deal, but not something to depend on using without some TLC. Overall our stay was amazing. It’s a dream location with amazing beach access. The beds were phenomenal, and I will miss how comfortable it was. Shannon was an amazing host and left fresh flowers and apothecary items for us leaving the whole place smelling amazing our whole visit. I would absolutely recommend Mermaid manor to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely LOVED this place!! My fiance and I needed a place to stay for the night with our dachshund and this was the best place we could have picked! We rented the kayaks and it was so much fun🙌🏼 props to the owners of this place, because the decoration was amazing!! I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for everything!!

Perfect Fairhope Staycation! We are Fairhope locals, but wanted to stay on the bay for a fun getaway. This cottage is just as described: clean, comfortable, and right on the water. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill, and having drinks with friends on the covered pier. The house was well-equipped with the bedding and linens being especially comfortable. The house’s location was very quiet, allowing for a few restful evenings. Perfect place for a couple or four adults to enjoy the best of Mobile Bay. Just be aware that you are 15-20 minutes from downtown— what we were looking for, but may not be for everyone!

Our stay at Hefziba’s listing was a family favorite and one of the best vacations we have taken together in a long time. We are an outdoorsy Florida family and this home on the ichetucknee was a dream come true for us. We have spend past family vacation visiting different springs throughout Florida and we loved this location so much, that we have all voted to visit Hefziba’s place again in the near future. The home was stacked with games and activities for my children- ranging from college age to elementary school age. We brought our own floats and paddle boards, but the Airbnb provided paddle boards and kayaks also.The community beach was a wonderful way to start and end each day outside, while fitting and long float or paddle board in each day. We have been home for one day and are already missing this place on the springs. The beds were comfortable, and the entire Airbnb was well loved, but extremely clean. We had a beautiful stay at this gorgeous beach home. Perfect for a Family Vacation. Located right on the beach with a private pathway to the beach. We would definitely stay here again! The host was amazing with quick response times.

Very responsive to any questions or concerns, great location right on the beach super easy access and close by lots of great restaurants. Would stay here again I highly recommend. Safe and clean.

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

It was a delightful stay in a well loved condo community. Daniel and Sam provided excellent and quick communication anytime I needed to ask something. The condo had some problems with the elevators for several days while we were there and Daniel and Sam offered to move us if using the stairs were a problem. Excellent customer service even though we didn't need to move. They are fantastic hosts.

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

Tracy is an amazing and responsive host. We had an amazing week at her place and could not recommend it more. It’s west of Pier Park so the beach isn’t as crowded and some areas east of Pier Park. The chair service and all the extras in their storage closet made the stay so much easier and enjoyable. The condo was clean and the bed super comfortable. We had an amazing stay and can say you won’t find a better place to enjoy the beach than as a guest of Tracy’s at her Happy Place! Thank you for letting us stay and the memories we made.

What a serene location and well appointed cabin! My little family enjoyed every bit of the property and cabin. My 2 year old tromped the yard, played in the fort, dug in the sand, constructed with the toy trucks provided, and enjoyed the play kitchen in addition to exploring the loft upstairs. There were so many places and spaces to relax and take in God’s creation. We will definitely be back!

Excellent lake house on Sam Rayburn. The house is very remote and private and was just what we were looking for. The little above ground swimming pool was our grandsons favorite thing and he stayed in it for houses. The house is very clean and very pretty and the beds were comfortable. The house is a little ways away from groceries but that is what we liked about it as it was secluded. The host was very responsive and gave use directions to the closest boat ramp. Overall would stay here again for sure. Thanks for the great stay.

Phil was quick to respond, place was really nice. Our grandkids loved the beach right out back with out the big waves, but was able to go to ocean side when waves settled down. Had a great week will be returning to the island

A very beautiful home that’s welcoming and comfortable. The view is incredible and we enjoyed the private beach so much! Beware of the bugs this time of year, but if you come prepared you can still fully enjoy the outdoors.

Well-appointed, super clean accommodations and a wonderful host are what you get at this oceanfront Airbnb! We enjoyed watching huge pods of pelicans cruise the shoreline for their daily catches + a quiet and peaceful vibe the entire week!!
