Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Seminole

Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.

House was much bigger than expected! Living room, bedroom & bathrooms are very nice. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you may need. We were able to move the bed in one of the bedrooms to make room for 2 pack n plays. Izzy is a super nice accommodating guy! Above and beyond!

I highly recommend this place. We were impressed when we walked in the door! It's even prettier when you see the house in person. There are many things that you will need that were provided like, salt, pepper, paper towels, plastic wrap and foil. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner was very responsive when we had a question and the house is easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was well maintained and looked just like in the pictures. The house was fully stocked, great location and quiet place to stay within close proximity of different attractions in downtown Houston/Midtown. The host was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home.

The property was spectacular and well equipped. Everything was great. The house was very neat, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was not as good upstairs as downstairs, but it was OK. The view of the water was magnificent, we enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back next year.

Charles and his home was very lovely! He was very accommodating. It was extremely homey. It was super peaceful, very clean, and very charming. It was roomy and great for kids as well. Our 4 year old had a blast. He didn’t want to leave (who would!). They even let us use their ATV on the property, which was so nice to do a morning and evening ride on. He is close to a lot of great restaurants also. We did quite a bit of cooking, but always love to explore the area. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything needed. We will be back again!

All three generations from our family reunion really enjoyed this "little touch of heaven" in Mabank, Texas. The backyard, bordered by the lake, was so well shaded that it was very pleasant through much of the day. So even on a 90+ degree afternoon, the breeze off the lake and the tree shade made outdoor activities most enjoyable. The evenings were beautiful and, in June, no mosquitoes! The soft grass was gentle on little feet, and the kids loved running between the water and the fort. Indoors was very comfortable and well suited to handling a larger group (we had 9 adults with 2 littles). I would recommend making sure that you bring your own "consumables" - paper goods, paper towels, foil and plastic wrap. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for cooking. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

Great location! The house was clean and very comfortable for two of us. Watch the boats from the porch. There is parking around the corner for your boat trailer and the boat ramp is just down the road. We will definitely go back!

Such a beautiful and spacious condo! It was more than pictured! One thing to remember when staying her… Although they have pots, pans, and all the kitchen essentials. They do not have salt, pepper, trash bags, or coffee filters for the coffee pot. We did leave the things of salt and pepper we bought for the next guest. Not sure if they will throw it out due to covid-19. The ice maker is not in refrigerator, but in it’s own separate space attached inside the bar! Also beware of the oven and microwave, it was confusing at first. The panel to work both are in the same area. Oven panel/buttons were on the left and microwave on the right. I would definitely bring more towels for the pool and beach, as those are not provided. There is a gift shop on the ground floor, that has a lot of essentials you can buy if you need them! They’re so friendly in there and have a lot of cute things! I think that about checks off everything I wish to let future guest know! It is a beautiful place, and very accommodating!

This is our 3rd year staying at her lovely beach home with my family. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay with big bedrooms and a big table to gather at for dinners. It has the perfect location on the Sound side with easy walking access to the Gulf side too. It is always the vacation home we look forward to stay in every year.

An underrated location. It was two block walk from the beach and it was so close we could easily walk back if we forgot anything. There were shops and restaurants walking distance. The 10p noise curfew is amazing. Once 10p came it was quiet. My 15 yo son loved being on the inter-coastal so he could fish from the backyard pier whenever he wanted. The house was perfect sized for our family of four and our dog. There closest Publix grocery store was a 5 minutes drive away.

The townhouse is beautiful, clean, and truly felt like home—something we haven’t experienced in other Airbnbs. The neighborhood itself deserves 5 stars too—quiet, safe, and peaceful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodations! The condo is gorgeous and the view is the ocean is spectacular! Everything was spotless and kitchen well-stocked. Easy access to beach and lovely pools! 10/10 would recommend! We hope to come back next year!

Loved the Condo, the view was beautiful. Really appreciated the welcome package and had a lot of cookware and others for the kitchen. Karen was very responsive to messages and when I was having a blonde moment trying to get into the room she was very helpful even went out of the way the next day with a backup plan in case we had issues again.

Our stay was amazing. So Much to walk to and our views were spectacular. Host was very communicative, place had everything we needed! Would definitely return.

Our little family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the near future!

This condo was cute, clean and within walking distance to the beach, not a long walk but not short either. I read a review from last week so I knew a blanket was needed go on the pull out couch. It was all the things we needed it to be. Would stay here again! The sand flea beach bar is amazing. (At the beach access)
