Wonderful place! Pristine and great location. Beds were very comfortable too. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home and stay here again if we come to the area.

Loved our stay. Super well equipped home especially with toddler gear. Really appreciate having plastic wear to use for the kids, as well as lots of baby gear to utilize. The location across from the park is fantastic. Love the pool alarm (albeit very annoying since the kids frequently set it off) but much appreciated from a safety standpoint. We will absolutely be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in WaterSound, Florida! Our family of six had more than enough space, and the furniture and decor were both stylish and in great condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute bike ride to one of the most peaceful, uncrowded beaches on 30A. I’d recommend bringing a wagon or something to pull your beach gear if you plan on biking there. The included 6-seater golf cart was a great perk, though just a heads up—it can’t be taken out of the neighborhood or on the boardwalk to the beach (only 4-seaters are allowed there). The adult bikes were great to have, and we easily rented bikes for the kids at The Big Chill nearby. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. This area of 30A is one of the best, in my opinion—beautiful, relaxing, and not overly crowded!

We had an AMAZING time! Beautiful, very roomy, many bedrooms with bathrooms, and so many places to enjoy inside and out. We loved the porches and the crow’s nest, esp after dark. The views and the stars were wonderful. Backyard was out of this world! Pool, hot tub, sport court, ping pong, cornhole, outdoor kitchen, easy access bathroom, on and on. We spent so much time here, and everyone enjoyed it! Huge porch with fans too for a break from the sun. The beach is beautiful as always on 30A. White sand and blue green water like few places on Earth. Golf cart was a HUGE plus. Bikes too. Eastern Lake Beach access is the only one with a public beach, but you do have to wade across the inlet. Ramsgate gets you to the beach, but it’s all private, and they’ll ask you to leave. Need to get to the public beach early for good beach spot. Or you can go after 5pm and have lots of room and watch the sunset. We drove over to Walton Dunes where you can rent umbrellas & have plenty of space.

We had a wonderful experience at this house. It is brand new and everything is very clean and nicely decorated. It is in a great location walkable to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and very helpful during our entire stay.

Amazing home and pool! perfectly located on 30A, close to beach access and 15 min golf cart ride to either end of 30A but exceptionally private and serene. Overall a stunning home fit for family and friends to visit and responsive staff to tend to needs. only drawback was the pool guy and pest control showing up unannounced on two different occasions- that should have been communicated to us in advance.

Amazing home just a short walk to the beach. The house itself is great and the staff responded within 10-15 minutes when things were needed. Highly recommend!

The Sands was a wonderful home for me and my extended family. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the most comfy bed linens. Loved that we were super close to the beach and the pool was amazing!
