Stunning house - the views are incredible. You are 5-10 mins from the central square but because of all the land around the house it feels lovely and isolated. We were there with a toddler. The house worked well for kids and the pool is fun. Because it’s on a hill there are quite a lot of layers / ledges. Little kids need to be watched! They were some toys and books which was great. The master bedroom is luxurious and romantic. Our second time in Fornalutx. Such a magical place. Highly recommend. Top tip: get a small hire!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

Super tolle Villa, alles was es braucht ist wie beschrieben vorhanden. Kommunikation lief einfach und rasch, Alejandro kam vor Ort für eine kurze Einweisung. Wir liebten es und hatten eine coole Zeit, danke Paco und Team.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns bei Mendi sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt wenn man auf Mallorca die Ruhe sucht. Auch das kleine Städtchen Alaro mit seinen engen Gassen und dem sehr gutem gastronomischen Angebot hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Küste und Strände sind mit dem Auto unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge ist von Mendis Unterkunft wirklich tramatisch schön! Wir hatten vor wandern zu gehen, leider war es aber viel zu heiß. Wir werden gerne einmal im Frühjahr oder Herbst wiederkommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Gabriel war ein wahnsinnig freundlicher Gastgeber und das Haus perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Sehr geräumig und toller kleiner Pool. Parken ist eine kleine Herausforderung am Anfang, mit etwas Übung ging es dann aber. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein absoluter Traum direkt am Meer! Das Haus war einfach perfekt – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick direkt aufs Meer, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend von der Terrasse genossen haben. Drei Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche haben ebenfalls Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles war super sauber, hochwertig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Einmalig ist auch die Höhle im Keller, die zu einem direkten Zugang zum Meer führt. Von dort sind wir einige Male mit dem Kanu oder Stand Up Paddel (welche von Roman kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden!) raus aufs Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Roman als Gastgeber: extrem hilfsbereit, herzlich und mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

How happy we were to find Marissa’s place up in magical Fornalutx! Marissa responded immediately to my enquiry as we had changed our plans last minute which was great. The village is just beautiful and so peaceful. The smell on entering the property was unreal, like fresh linen and just very clean. We instantly felt calm and comfortable. After days out it was bliss to come back to this tranquil property. The beds are very comfortable all with natural duvets and actual real linen sheets which was wonderful! Great restaurants all within a couple of minutes and all mentioned in the information we were given. Thank you so much for having us and sharing your beautiful home with us all!

We had a great stay , lots of space for our family of 4 . Loved the courtyard & decor of the house . So convenient to walk into the main square of Pollenca . Highly recommend .

This was the best home. We were 3 couples and felt right at home. Peaceful, clean, plenty of space. Everything detail was thought through. All amenities are new, and easy to use. We will definitely return, and we thank the hosts for their flexibility and communication.

The location in Valledemossa was fantastic, and we had a great time staying here. Would recommend to anyone!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und ruhig gelegen außerhalb der Ortschaft Sencelles. Es hat zwei unmittelbar benachbarte Grundstücke. Ab und zu bellen die Hunde des Nachbarn und eine Katze aus der Nachbarschaft besucht den Garten. Es gibt einige Spielsachen für die Kinder und der Pool im Garten war natürlich das Highlight für uns. Im Haus gibt es ebenfalls ausreichend Platz mit drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer lief reibungslos, er kam in Absprache mit uns während der Woche zum Pool reinigen vorbei und erkundigte sich auch ob denn alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Da wir am Anreisetag relativ spät anreisten, hatte er für uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu essen und trinken besorgt, da die Geschäfte in der Umgebung bereits geschlossen hatten.

Eine echt super Finca, wir haben alle 8 Tage mega genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Finca liegt perfekt um schnell an dem Riesen Strand von Can Picafort zu sein, aber im sehr ruhigen ländlichen Gebiet. Wir können auf jedenfall das mieten von Rollern empfehlen, so kann man problemlos die Insel erkunden und hat überall einen Parkplatz. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen!

This place is a GEM. A dream come to life. Everything about it is cozy and thoughtful. The beds and linens are very comfortable, plenty of fans and AC for warmer nights. We enjoyed the bikes that are very well taken care of and the outdoor furniture. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with hair dryer and soaps for travelers. We had a very early flight out and Esther was very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and encourage anyone who has the opportunity to as well!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und einladend. Das Bad war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es viel Platz gab – sowohl für gemeinsame Aktivitäten als auch, um sich mal kurz zurückzuziehen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Übernachtung auf Mallorca war fantastisch! Das Haus war sehr schön, gemütlich und in einer ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!”

What a gem! We absolutely loved our stay, the house was beautifully decorated and we loved having the windows open during the day with a stunning view of the mountains. The village was our favorite out of every place we visited on the island, super walkable to great restaurants and shops. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Sehr schönes Strandhaus mit liebevoller, sehr sauberer Einrichtung. Direkt zwischen 2 wunderbaren Stränden. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kleine Mini-Supermarkt für die nötigsten Einkäufe. Der Check-in ging sehr problemlos.
