We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four family plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

The owner family welcomed us with great cordiality and they have always been very caring. Very quiet and peaceful place 10 minutes from the center of Ancona. Large, clean and fresh apartment.

Great place, great host!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, towel changes, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really excellent attention. It has mosquito nets. The laundry area/washing machine I found everything I needed for cleaning, new broom, new sponges, detergent for washing machine, softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Not intrusive and really very professional. Positive note also to the Lido delle Sirene!

I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to those looking for a pleasant stay without surprises

We had a great week at Marco Valerio's place. We didn't meet him but communication was very easy. Gaetano, her father, and Carla were very welcoming and attentive to make our stay very pleasant. We are very happy to have met them and the exchanges we had with them. Well located accommodation in the village of Mondolfo, spacious, well arranged with a terrace with views of the countryside and sea.

This was my second stay here and I hope to stay here whenever possible during my visits to Italy. Senigallia is a lovely little seaside town that has not had the overwhelming crowds that a lot of seaside towns have. The apartment is immaculately clean and furnished with absolutely everything one could need! It isn't a large apartment, yet there is plentiful storage for luggage and supplies for any length of stay. The large beautiful terrace doubles the space and has wonderful views of the beach and sea. The real reason I love it so much though is because of Maria, Diego, and little Tommy. They are absolutely the best hosts I could ever imagine. You can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable and happy and to have the best stay possible. I'm so thankful for how welcoming they are and look forward to seeing them again as much if not more than I'm looking forward to my next Italian vacation!

Convenient apartment, close to the sea, everything was compliant, clean and comfortable!

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

Excellent stay in a well equipped apartment. Had a lovely weekend looking out the window and enjoying the view. Would love to come back!

We loved our stay.

We had a great time at Nicla's house. The apartment is better equipped than described, it is very clean and communication with the host has always been excellent. It is a perfect starting point for visiting the surroundings on foot. Quiet and only a couple of times we heard people talking while walking near the windows. A matter of a minute. You just have to organize yourself to find parking because it is in the heart of the historic center. We'd love to come back.

Very nice apartment, with a delightful view and excellent usability of the outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and helpfulness from the host. Recommended solution!!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.
