L´appartamento si trova in un villaggio pieno di verde provvisto di ogni confort con diretto accesso alla spiaggia e senza barriere. Molte famiglie lo scelgono quale luogo ideale per trascorrere le vacanze con i bambini .Campi da tennis, da calcetto, da bocce e due piscine sono a disposizione. Nel prezzo é incluso ombrellone sdraio e lettino. Ristoranti, e bar sono raggiungibili a piedi. L´appartamento deve essere lasciato nelle stesse condizioni nelle quali viene trovato: pulito ed in ordine.

Nice and cozy apartment located in one of the main streets of the center of Porto Sant 'Elpidio. It is a few steps from the sea and the Square. It is on the first floor of a renovated building. It consists of kitchen/living room,bathroom, double bedroom and bedroom, for a total of 4 beds,with the possibility of adding a cot. It has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, hairdryer, iron,fridge with small freezer,TV,Wi-Fi.

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!

It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
