The house is located in beautiful surroundings in magnificent nature, here you will find tranquility. It was my grandparents' small farm, and it gives a sense of nostalgia. The place is in the immediate vicinity of mountains and a lake that is experienced quite private. There are salmon-bearing rivers and small game hunting for those who like to fish or hunt. (See other information). From September to April, Senja is one of the best places in the world to see the northern lights in clear weather, we are located under the northern lights oval.

Recharge your batteries at this nostalgic and quiet accommodation. The house is from the 1950s, has four bedrooms, one on the 1st floor and three on the 2nd floor. The house is simply equipped, newly renovated kitchen and heated with a heat pump. Electric car chargers are also available for guests. Here you can enjoy the sea view in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the sea and the mountains, including the Husfjellet mountain nearby. There is a rich wildlife around the house and if you are lucky you can spot hare, otters or seals.

It is only 4 km to Finnsnes city center and to the express boat and Hurtigruteanløp to the south to Harstad or north to Tromsø. Ånderdalen National Park is 30 km away. A short drive to all that Senja has to offer in terms of nature and majestic experiences. Behind the house there is a short road up to the ski slope. The trail is 30 km, with day trip cabin, ski cabin and 6 km light trail. Ski resorts with gapahuker can be found at Silsand. Silsand is about 2.2 km away, and here you can take a trip to the Frisbee golf course with 18 holes.

The appartement has an amazing view and the northern light can be seen from outside the house when the skies are clear. We are located 35 minutes from Tromsø airport, on Kvaløya. The perfect starting point if you are here to experience our beautifull nature, northern lights or the midnight sun. A brand new cottage from 2017, located in Senja, the second largest island in Norway. Only 1 hour driving from the city Finnsnes. About 50 minutes by ferry to the city Harstad. From the cottage you have easy access to several mountain tops, hiking, hunting, lakes, both saltwater and freshwater fishing. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area.
