Bienvenue au lieu dit " La Perellerie", ce hameau est un ancien corps de ferme de 4 maisons que je partage en famille. Il y a un chemin d’accès pour vous et moi et un autre pour mes proches. "La petite lochoise" est une ancienne forge restaurée, avec des grandes ouvertures pour faire rentrer le maximum de lumière Un côté sud-est intime avec la terrasse vue champs et un côté court nord ouest réservé aux autres habitations. Sur place découvrez aussi une ferme de plantes aromatiques et de fleurs comestibles. Elle est située à 35 min du zoo de Beauval et à moins de 20 min des premiers châteaux de la Loire.

This farmhouse, which is also our secondary residence, is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, close to the prestigious sites of the Loire Valley and Cher (Chenonceau 15 km, Royal City of Loches 12 km and state forest 6 km, Montrésor, Amboise, Chaumont...). Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. No events or parties are allowed.

Heated pool open from early May to late September. Tourangelle farmhouse located at the exit of a small village typical of southern Touraine. No neighbors, unobstructed views of rolling countryside. It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.

Welcome to Les Cigales, a charming wooden architect's house, nestled in a charming garden, on the edge of the Indre. Located just a 5-minute walk from the center of the village of Montbazon (37250) where you will find many shops (2 bakeries, gold medal delicatessens, fishmonger...) and amenities. The house is completely clad in wood inside, with plenty of storage for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
