An ideal place to relax and explore the city. During this unique and peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. We have just completed a complete renovation and no one has lived in the apartment since then. It is a nice bright apartment of 39m2 with two rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a hallway. There is one living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom connected to the toilet. Uteč od všeho a schovej se pod hvězdnou oblohou. Malá rodinná chata pár metrů nad Žermanickou přehradou na soukromém pozemku zajištuje klid, spoustu vyžití a krásné prostředí. Chata je vytápěna krbovými kamny. Má menší bojler který dohriva nonstop tudíž vyžaduje hospodaření s vodou. Hostům se omlouváme za ztížené podmínky ohledně přístupu k vodě spojené s výstavbou cyklostezky. Netušili jsme o její výstavbě. V budoucnu však bude super k využití na brusle, procházky i kolo

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
