Large 6.5-room holiday apartment in Sent, Engadin

In the popular resort of Sent in the Lower Engadine (Switzerland) we rent our very beautiful, large and luxurious 6.5-room vacation apartment in a dreamy, quiet and sunny residential location. The apartment is equipped with a pizza oven and garden seating area as well as a whirlpool and offers a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine mountains. Thanks to four bedrooms, eight sleeping accommodations and three parking spaces, the holiday apartment is ideally suited for larger groups.

New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The apartment is located in a 500-year-old typical Engadine house, stylishly renovated with a lot of attention to detail: solid wooden floors, a natural color scheme, hand-picked furniture and modern accents ensure an all-around cozy living feeling. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Rustic and Cozy mountain house, at 1250 s.l.m in the beautiful Valgrosina, a natural paradise for lovers of relax, trekking and MTB. A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Enjoy unforgettable vacations in our beautiful and cozy apartment in Sent in the Lower Engadine. In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment has a kitchen in the living/dining room. In front of the house there is a small terrace with a bench and table. Well-trained dogs that do not sleep on the bed or on the sofa are welcome by us on request.

Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.
