In the room it has a kitchen corner (without cooking facilities) with table, coffee, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Everything for a small breakfast. We are close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, outdoor swimming pool, cable car (hiking/ski resort), national park region and Samnaun (customs-free). Restaurants/shopping facilities are within walking distance. You'll love our place because of the coziness. It's good for the solo traveler, couples and adventurers who are planning a short stay.

Chasa Filli offers in the terrace apartment a room with box spring bed 180 x 200 cm and a balcony room with double bed 160 x 200 cm. You stay in a cozy kitchen and use a modern bathroom (including washing machine/tumbler). From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. In just a few steps you are in the old village centre of Scuol Sot and in the wellness and adventure pool 'Bogn Engiadina' or with the ski bus at the valley station of the mountain railways.

1-ROOM APARTMENT (approx. 18 sqm) WITH SMALL BATHROOM, KITCHENETTE and separate entrance in a quiet, central location. The room is suitable for 1-2 people with a double bed (140 cm), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dining table, sofa, shower/toilet, fridge, a hotplate, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher. It only has a KITCHENETTE, but with everything you need to cook. Non-smoking Pets not allowed IT HAS A PUBLIC PARKING SPACE FOR THE CAR TOURIST TAX MUST BE SETTLED WITH THE LANDLORD

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The attic apartment with beautiful garden view and wonderful views of the Piz Clünas and Muot da l'Hom mountains is located in an apartment building with an attached sheepfold. The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Cozy apartment in old Engadine house with historic bedroom (formerly courtroom) at the village fountain square, not far from the store, train station and restaurant. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and snow sports. Farm products such as cheese, eggs and honey can be purchased from the host. Breakfast can be obtained on request. Guest card of CHF 5./day must be paid on site.

We are an active family with three children who like to spend their free time in the mountains with snowboarding, skiing and hiking. Finally, our dream of our own apartment came true.
