Airy studio consisting of kitchen with associated dining area, sofa with TV, sleeping alcove with room for two, bathroom, hallway and balcony. The apartment also has a private parking space. Frysja is an idyllic residential area with popular recreational areas and nice bathing areas in the immediate vicinity. Right outside the apartment you will find a footpath along the Akerselva river and bus stop that takes you down to the city center (bus no. 54 and 25). Nydalen/Storo is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

An outdoor courtyard is surrounded by modern apartment buildings. Lush greenery and plants are interspersed throughout the space. Pathways are paved with bricks, and bicycles are parked along the edges. Residents are seen walking and enjoying the welcoming environment.

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. The property is located on the 13th floor centrally located at Barcode, within 3 minutes walking distance of Oslo S and the heart of Oslo! There are lots of fantastic food experiences around the building, the food hall at Barcode and Nodee Sky to name a thing. The Barcode area offers rich cultural life with the Opera, the Deichman Library, and the Munch Museum in the immediate vicinity. Karl Johan and the shopping opportunities are a stone's throw away!
