오동재는 북한강과 산과 마을이 한눈에 조망되는 언덕 위 작은 독채 별장입니다. 조용한 곳에서 일주일 이상의 휴식이나 워케이션을 원하는 '성인'에게 적합한 곳입니다. 서울과도 가까워 서울 출퇴근도 가능하지만 자동차가 없다면 많이 불편합니다. 친환경적인 곳이라 쓰레기 배출이나 짐을 숙소까지 옮기는 것이 쉽지 않는 곳이라 최대한 짐을 가볍게 오시기 바랍니다. 이삿짐 같은 일시적 보관용 짐이 있다면 주차장에 있는 3평정도의 창고를 무료로 빌려드립니다. 장기 스테이가 가능한 풀옵션 살림을 갖추고 있습니다. 11평 원룸에 욕실과 주방, 큰 평상형 침대가 있습니다. 집과 연결된 대청마루와 그 앞에 작은 잔디마당이 길게 있습니다. 작은 집이지만 앞이 탁트인 400평 자연발아된 야생화정원과 지하주차장을 단독으로 사용합니다. 주변에 수상스키장, 멋진 카페들, 물의정원,두물머리가 있습니다. 공과금이 포함된 금액입니다. 사전방문은 안되고 일주일 예약해서 사용해보고 장기스테이를 결정하셔도 됩니다.

We have 300 square Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast. You can also enjoy sports near the Nam Han River Close to Yangpyoung city, Yangpyoung is famous for Museum, parks, local galleries and local restaurant delicious food. You can find my house " ASIN" station "Jungang" line. Near Asia United Theological University.

mini hanok classic (near palaces, entire house)

Mini Hanok located 5 minutes from Anguk Station Line 3 is the starting point of Bukchon Hanok Village. The mini hanok is located in a very quiet place, but if you walk for more than a minute you will find many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 minutes on foot to Changdeok Palace and 10 minutes on foot to Gyeongbok Palace. Nearby are Jongmyo and Unhyeongung Palace.
