Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Seongbuk District

It was a good place to be live in Seoul. The house was clean, complete for all essential things and on the first time you enter the house it smell was soooo gooood. The location is so nice, close with subway and bus station. The host really helpfull, she help me to order fried chicken 🤣🤣 I will come to this house again once coming to Seoul again. Thankyou!!!!

Ji Won was very helpful and patient since the beginning. it was my first time to Korea and was travelling with my mum so i wanted to find an accessible airbnb. Ji Won’s place was perfect. it was a short walk from the airport bus stop. the first 2 days there was extremely cold as there was a cold surge so the electrical blanket provided was really nice and kept us warm. our only small complaint would be the toilet. the insulation wasn’t the best thus cold air was constantly coming in and it was extremely cold so our showers were always short 😅 nonetheless the location was great as it’s nearby Changdeokgung Palace and Myeongdong was just about 20 mins subway ride. would definitely recommend Ji Won’s place.

Young Ju is a great owner, very helpful and responds immediately. The flat location is near Yeoksam station exit 1, short 5-7 mins walk. We had a family reunion and the flat could accomodate our big family, the younger ones occupied the 2nd floor. The flat has everyhing you need to feel like home for a month or even longer.

Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer, als sie tatsächlich ist und das Obergeschoss recht dunkel. Die Unterkunft ist dennoch eine 10/10. Ich habe mich nach kurzer Zeit wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung war makellos. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, ausreichend Handtücher und alles direkt in der Nähe. 7 Eleven 2 Minuten Fußweg. Komme ich nochmal nach Gangnam werde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall erneut buchen! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt! :)

The place was extremely convenient, just a stone’s throw from a very busy and happening area with lots of restaurants and subway exit, yet quiet enough that we don’t hear the crowd when back in the accommodation. Host also informed us we could check in much earlier without us requesting so that was great! Overall a very good experience :)

친절하게 체크인 시간 조정도 응대해주셨고, 식기와 잔 등이 충분하여 편하게 사용했습니다. 불멍 장작도 넉넉하였고 공간도 편리하였습니다. 주변에 맛집이 다양하고 편의점도 있어서 사용이 편리했습니다.

신림역에 가까운 위치에 위치하고 있고 근처 신림홈마트에서 장보고 배달도 해주셔서 바베큐도 맛있게 먹고 잘 놀다 갑니다!!

This cute but spacious house was located in the heart of Incheon and great as a home base to go all over Korea. It's a bit hard to find an affordable 2+ bed 2 bath accomdation in Seoul but luckily I found this listing. The host was very nice and responsive. We didn't have any issues with the place and found it quite comfortable. There a lot of international food options here so if you get tired of Korean food you can walk around and find a variety of cuisines.

A great place to stay, close to the metro to get around and the restaurants nearby are good too! Very highly recommend this host as well as they are proactive, respond quickly, and friendly throughout. Even went above and beyond to accomodate an early check-in, which was very much appreciated. Stayed here with 4 people, perfect amount of space and clean. Would return in the future!

결혼식에 참석하기 위해 멀리서 온 가족들이 이틀 동안 묵었습니다. 전철역에서 도보 4분 거리에 있어 대중교통으로 접근이 용이한 숙소입니다. 또 집 앞에 자동차 2대를 편하게 주차할 수 있었어요. 전원마을에 위치해 있어 주변이 매우 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 정원은 아기자기하게 꾸며져 있고 색색의 꽃이 아름다웠어요. 집은 거실과 주방, 2개의 화장실, 3개의 방이 넓고 사용하기 편리했습니다. 침구와 수건은 깨끗하게 세탁되어 있으며, 필요한 물건들이 찾기 쉬운 곳에 정리되어 있습니다. 식기는 세련되고 고급스러우며 작은 소품들과 식물, 꽃들이 감동을 주었습니다. 결혼식에 참석한 저녁, 집 근처 카페에 들러 차를 마시고, 주변을 산책하며 여유를 만끽할 수 있었어요. 가까이에 맛집과 카페, 편의점이 있어 편리했어요. 호스트의 정성과 배려가 곳곳에서 느껴지며 매우 쾌적하고 아름다운 최고의 숙소입니다.

Apartment is on the top 2 floors of the building near Hongik University area. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets but close enough to walk. It’s a little challenging to find the building at first but host provided step by step instructions with photos.

인원이 많은데 편안하게 묵고 갈 수 있었고, 샴푸나 린스, 일회용 칫솔, 수건 등 있어서 편했어요!

친절하시고 인테리어도 예쁘고 너무 행복했어요

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

청결하고, 훌륭했어요

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

Worth the stay if you plan to travel around. Close to the station with lots of great food and activity nearby. If taxis to get around was cheap!

통닭거리에 위치한 아주 로컬하면서도 편안한 옥탑방입니다. 옥탑이지만 프라이버시가 확실히 지켜지고 공간도 부족함 없이 널찍합니다. 여분의 요와 이불 베개가 있어 매우 편하고, 방과 화장실, 주방이 매우 청결합니다. 옥탑에 불이 켜지면 상당히 예뻐요. 체크인도 수월하고 호스트님과의 의사소통도 아주 잘 됐습니다. 머무는 동안 아주 편히 쉴 수 있도록 많은 도움 주셨습니다.
