The lawn and the exterior of the traditional Jeju stone house have been preserved, while the interior is a space that combines modern convenience and aesthetics. It pursues the retro aesthetics of an old traditional house with modern convenience and comfort. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a kitchen, fully equipped cooking utensils, and a barbecue area. It is located in a quiet village in the countryside of Jeju, where haenyeos live, not in a complicated place. Schidam is located in a quiet rural neighborhood. The Hadorian building was invited to the '100 International Architects of the Year' at the '2018 Korea Architecture Culture Festival'. The 2018 Architecture Culture Festival was held at the Jeju Museum of Art from October 10-21. The building was designed by Professor Kim Dong-hoon of the Graduate School of Architecture, Hongik University. Hadolian consists of four buildings.
