Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Serbia

Great place! Near Kalemegdan, Republic Square, Knez Mihajlove, great coffee shops and restaurants. Sladja was a great host, and amazing communicator!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aleksa's apartment. It is located in the centre of Novi Sad, yet it is very calm and quiet, with a parking space and a lovely 'green view' at the rear where also the entrance to the flat is located. The rooms are high and spacious. The kitchenette is small, no dishwasher, but easily enough for us to make breakfast and regularly some lunch as well. Aleksa is a fantastic and very friendly host, helping us with whatever we needed. We will definitely come back here if we visit Novi Sad again!

I was in Belgrade for a conference just a few minutes walk from the flat and I couldn’t have been happier with the location overall and my stay! Orson is an amazing host, communicating the specific instructions (with helpful videos) well in advance and was always very responsive and extremely helpful, even researching a print shop for me prior to my arrival. The flat has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay, with basic dishes, a small fridge, electric kettle and stove, and I really appreciated being able to do laundry as well. I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in town, and I’d love to spend more time in Serbia! The people, food, and sights were amazing!

It was a pleasure staying at Dragomir's. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed. The washing machine even has a drying cycle, resulting in your clothes emerging... dry. Very few airbnb hosts are willing to invest in such technology. I liked the choice of lighting in the bathroom, and the flow of water in the shower. The area is safe to walk around in. The internet wifi was fast for video meetings and was reliable. I appreciated the little touches, such as the different types of pillows to choose from. Dragomir met me on check-in and quickly went through the essentials. Dragomir responded to messages promptly. The apartment is down a cul-de-sac, so there's no street noise. If you have trouble sleeping with light, then bring a sleeping mask. The curtain doesn't keep enough light out.

Wow, what a gorgeous flat this is! Brand new, beautifully decorated, in a fantastic location…a total 5* experience. Petar greeted us at the flat and was great at getting back to us straight away with the answers to any questions we had. We had the most wonderful five nights stay there and will be back for sure! Thank you again Petar, keep up the good work.

When we arrived at the apartment, everything was perfectly prepared. The flat was clean and comfortable. A very well-stocked supermarket is just a minute's walk away. We did some hikes recommended by Dejan and loved them. Contact with Dejan and Gordana was always easy and pleasant. Internet was great. We also felt comfortable in the neighbourhood. Our son even found children to play with. We can recommend the accomodation.

Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

This is a real gem of Serbia: a spacious and cozy guesthouse with a nice bedroom, a small hermit corner under the roof, a firewood furnace (providing a cooking surface, an oven and heated floors at the same time), a sauna, a great library and a display of 300+ wine bottles collected by Dragan from all over the world; it felt like home immediately. The kitchen is nice and convenient, with a huge double sink and everything that one can require for cooking. There's also a barbeque grill outside. Branimir the Dog is a restless adorable furry representative of its species. He's got bigger (compared to older reviews), as now he's a force to be reckoned with. He loves his life and compels any one around to love theirs. There's also a gray cat, but she didn't introduce herself. She isn't very fond of Branimir keeping her entertained all the time, mostly against her purring will. The place is hosted by Dragan and Ana, they're very friendly hosts. Their house is next door. 100% recommended!

Nice place în a peaceful area.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Very cozy house with a great terrace and a great view of the mountains right out of bed when you wake up! We spent a quiet New Year's Eve with the dog and went on a few winter trips in the area.

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

First of all i would like to say that Laura is the best! She was replying so fast whatever i asked here. We were always in contact. The flat was perfect. Easy to find and location is great. So clean same as the pictures. If i can have a chance to come again, i will definetely choose Laura’s house! Thank you for everything.

Konumu itibari ile en işlel caddeye olan sadece 20 metre olan uzaklık bizim için harikaydı.Ev sahibi tarafından verilen talimatlar eşliğinde evi kolayca bulmak ve eve girmek konusunda gayet başarılıydı.Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü üzere aynısı ve çok keyifliydi.Evdeki cihazların kullanımı noktasında gayet yardımcı olundu ve hızlı cevap verildi.Bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu,bir daha Belgrada seyahat edersem başka yer aramam.Teşekkürler Dragan😊

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Sehr gut gelegen auch gleich neben dem wunderschönem Pool. Schöner grosser Garten ideal für die Kinder. Kann nichts aussetzen wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Hvala 👍

Séjour très agréable dans ma ville natale. Le logement bien placé, avec à portée plusieurs restaurants, cafés, magasins, parcs et transports en commun. À 35 minutes à pied de Kalemegdan. L'hôte a été réactive concernant certaines questions. Nous reviendrons !

Мы провели замечательный отпуск. Квартира находится в центре города, рядом много приятных заведений.

Good and clean, the only thing is if you have big travel bags, there is no lift to be used and need to physically carry those to 5th floor😂

we had a very nice stay at Vensa's place. she was very helpful and caring all the time. I highly recommend staying at her place. And she has AC! (it was ver hot outside during our stay)
