You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Cozy, simple accommodation in a quiet, rural location – ideal for hikers, cyclists and active vacationers. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door, and the mountain railway is only about 5 minutes away. Restaurants, a pizzeria, a small grocery store and a bakery are within minutes walking distance. The historic old town, royal palaces and museums are about 15 km away. Of course, the morning crowing of our rooster is part of the rural idyll.

Beautifully located vacation cottage, with rustic simple amenities. You are away from the hustle and bustle, but still quickly in the village to get fresh rolls, etc. Great starting point for smaller hikes and about 5 minutes from the Alpsee. In winter when there is snow, you cannot drive to the hut. Then you have to walk about 10 minutes. Luggage transport is possible by arrangement. Heating is with wood, in the bathroom there is a small electric fan heater.

Peace and relaxation for up to 2 people in a very cozy, clean mountain hut on a secluded mountain farm in the Tyrolean Pitztal. A bus stop or the Pitztaler Landesstraße are 2 km away, the first shopping in 4.5 km. The Hochzeiger ski area is 8 km away; the Pitztal Glacier in 25 km. The cottage is located in beautiful Kühberg, just a seven-minute walk from the Oybele-Halle car park. A perfect place for relaxing, listening to the sound of the Trettach river and the birds chirping while enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. The hiking trails lead directly from the front door into the picturesque Oytal or Trettachtal valleys. The outdoor fireplace or the crackling fireplace indoors invite to spend cosy hours.

Authentic wooden house

The house was built in 1928 by my great-grandparents. As a professor at the Academy of Arts, he went to the house with students to devote himself intensively to art. Much of the furniture dates from this period and reflects authenticity. It is a wonderful hut with a lot of atmosphere and not a modern chalet. The house is made entirely of wood. There you can experience the feeling of "back to the roots" to the fullest and come to peace.
