Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The vine house in Chora Serifos

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Walking through the stone-built alleys of Kato Chora, it stands out for its breathtaking view and the yard with the sun-blocking vine. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

This is a beautiful 2-bedroom villa, in a complex of 3 villas in Kalo Ampeli with fabulous views to the Aegean and the nearby islands (all the houses can be rented together upon request). The villa is located near the beautiful and famous sandy beach of Kalo Ampeli, considered one of the best in Serifos. This practical and organised house, has everything a family or a group of friends will need for a comfortable and relaxed vacation.

Το κατάλυμά μας βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, ένα μικρό, γραφικό ψαροχώρι, στο βορειότερο τμήμα της Σίφνου. Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
