Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.
