This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

A converted grange perched on a mountain in a medieval village 16 minutes from the A6, this peaceful home makes an ideal stop over for holidays in the Alps or south of France. Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Bright Tiny House

Enjoy the light due to the big windows. The house offers a moment of peace. With a stroll through the woods and fields of the Morvan, and the benefits of Lake Pannecière. Visit Bibracte and the museum of Vercingétorix, the peaks of the Haut Folin, and the springs of the Yonne. The guests take care of the house, bring their own bedding and do the cleaning themselves. This is one of the closest houses to Haut Folin where you can find hiking trails in the summer and cross-country skiing and sledding trails in the winter when there is snow. Tiny-house in the heart of an organic market garden.

Small wooden trailer of 10 m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a double mattress inside + a single bed, sheets and duvet are provided. For the bathroom, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30 m from the trailer, in a module under the greenhouse. The kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!

La Petite Maison

Relax in this peaceful and warm place. It's a small house where the living is good… Everything is ready when you arrive, the beds are made, the wood stove is lit, the electric radiators as well… Hand and bath towels are at your disposal. The little house now has Wi-Fi.
