Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Cunegonda's stunning wineyard retreat, and from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were part of the family. The remote location was breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by rolling hills and lush vineyards, and the perfect setting to unwind and relax. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Cunegonda's hospitality. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing glass of Prosecco, accompanied by a delicious selection of fresh fruit and cake. It was the perfect welcome, and we felt instantly at ease. If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian experience, then look no further. This is an incredible spot in the Prosecco Hills, and one of our favorite Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The house is comfortable, well furnished, and charmingly decorated. The commanding view over the valley and outdoor spaces are amazing... we never got tired of relaxing in the garden or wandering through the vineyard. Annalisa's brother works on the property and manages everything nextdoor. He is one of our favorite people we have met traveling on Airbnb... super interesting, very kind and helpful, but also out of the way and never intrusive. He greeted us with a bottle of their own prosecco and cherries and was always willing to share and explain what work they were up to on the small vineyard. The location is great with plenty of restaurants in the area and several small towns nearby. We enjoyed visiting farmers markets, other wineries, and even a day trip to the Dolomites. Hot water was plentiful, wifi was good, and the bed was comfortable. Recommended a million times over :)
