The Little House in Tereglio with Fireplace

Our beautiful and cozy house is located in the charming village of Tereglio in the beautiful Serchio valley in the province of Lucca, 6 km from the nature reserve of the Orrido di Botri and 10 km from the Canyon Park adventure park. The house is in the center of the village; the parking lot is about 60 m away. Accommodation facilities are present. The house is a great base for visiting nearby towns such as Barga and Coreglia, both of which are among the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The old Ferretti farm is now a cozy holiday home in the countryside. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

The apartment is a portion of a house on two floors, with entrance to the living room on the ground floor. On the first floor, the apartment houses the sleeping area consisting of a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom.  Located in Serramazzoni on Via Giardini, 15 km from Maranello in the Collinare area. Guests have the option of adding breakfast, lunch or dinner service with an affiliated restaurant just a few meters away.

Blue house

Charming, newly renovated two-room apartment located in the historic center. Parking is available near the house (in the blue lines) with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, you can walk to the Kennedy covered parking lot in 10 minutes. The house is located within the historic center but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
