I was 4 per day (Quinta a segunda) Good location, tidy and clean apartment, free parking, restaurants and etc The only problem is the non-conflexibility of the checkout that must be done at noon at noon. I left at 12 noon on Monday and went to another accommodation nearby.

Our stay was very good. Leandro is an excellent host. The property is cozy, just like in the photos. It accommodated my family of 4 adults and 2 children very well. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from Leandro and his wife. The neighborhood offers alternatives for restaurants, pharmacies, markets and commerce. Relatively close to the Itaipava fair car, about 15 minutes. A good option for those who want tranquility and comfort. We recommend the property without a doubt. Thank you for the reception.

My wife and I had a great experience with the accommodation. Mrs. Cristina is to be congratulated, we were well received! The room is extremely clean, super fragrant! We went on 06/15 and it was a nice cold, but inside the room it was so cozy, super soft duvet that made the night super pleasant. Apart from the pampering, it cooperated even more to make everything even better! I highly recommend it and we are already organizing ourselves to go again.

New and clean apartment. Clean and smelling linens and towels. Marcelo was always very helpful and responded promptly. The only detail I thought was missing was a water filter for drinking. But overall everything was great.

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setting. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll definitely be back!

The condominium has a good structure, and it is also quite complete. The location is great: close to everything we needed. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. For those looking for a quieter place to relax, enjoy family and friends, it is the ideal place. The condominium is safe, with good infrastructure, but it is not close to the center of Teresópolis. The average time between the Vargem Grande neighborhood and the Center is approximately 40 minutes. So, make sure your script is ready before closing. As we were looking for a private and quiet place, these days were incredible! It was worth every minute. Moreover, the host Dominique is friendly and helped me all the time with great agility and attention. I recommend it!!!!
